It is run by Geoff Smith who previously worked at the Sheffield College as a Lecturer. Arena Training Centre is a City & Guilds Approved Centre, and EAL Approved Centre and an NICEIC Approved Centre. We are also running a variety of courses for those wishing to become 'PartP' qualified in order to join a Comptetent Persons' scheme.

New LOWER prices on selected courses. No increases since 2008

2382-12 17th Edition (Amendment 1 2011)     The 2382-12 17th Edition Wiring Regulations course is offered over three days and incorporates the new amendment.

The old 2382-20 update from 16th Edition to 17th Edition with the one hour exam is no longer available. 

We offer a four week Domestic Installer course comprising Basic Electrics, Wiring Regulations, Portable Appliance Testing, Fundamental Inspection & Testing and "Part P" Domestic Electrical Installer. This is for those wishing to join the electrical industry to work on dwellings only. 

>QCF Courses This year all qualifications are changing and the old titles will disappear.  Although some of the new qualifications are available, the existing 2391-10 and 2391-20 have been extended until July 2012.

The 2392-10 is available until December 2012. 

Registration for the existing Technical Certificate e.g. City & Guilds 2330 has been extended until July 2012.

NVQ assessment registrations are now to be included within the new Diploma courses under the Qualification Credit Framework.
